Soumitra Chatterjee is one of the most sought after experts in motivational training, leadership development and the science of peak performance in India. He is the founder and CEO of The Center for Personal Transformation, which is committed to helping people more fully utilize their physical, mental, emotional, financial & spiritual resources to achieve personal and professional mastery.

Soumitra is also a first class Mechanical Engineer from Jadavpur University who also completed his Leadership Training from Landmark Education Corporation, USA. He has worked in India and overseas with distinction with companies like Johnson & Johnson, The Torrent Group and the Vadilal Group as GMs, and the Earnest Group as Executive Director.

He is also a certified Power Coach from Coaching and Leadership International (CLI) Inc.

He trains entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, managers, and sales professionals in how to accelerate the achievement of their professional, financial and personal goals. He also trains faculties and students of premier Engineering Colleges and B-Schools.

He has imparted over 4000 man days of training-having trained more than 1lac executives of all levels in over 450 all India companies including several Fortune 500 companies, and over 40,000 students and close to 2000 faculties of close to 150 Engineering colleges and B-schools in the last 10 years.

He is currently the mental toughness coach for all categories of cricketers in Bengal - under 16, under 19, under 22, and Senior Bengal. He also happens to be the mentor for Kingfisher East Bengal Club.

He is the author of Executive Reinvention - Making the Impossible Happen. He is the recipient of the 'Rotary Award' for his contribution to Human Potential Enrichment. His new book named - "Achieving World-Class" is due end of this year.
