In the year 2001, a young successful corporate manager left his job to answer to his soul's calling of transforming people's lives through life-changing seminars and that is how "Center for Personal Transformation" was born.

From the very beginning the vision of the organization was to empower people to conquer their limitations, convert their dreams to outstanding achievements and help them live powerful lives with full self-expression. The vision was to aspire and generate unprecedented, breakthrough results in organizations by constantly exploring new possibilities always acting with intense passion and aspire to make a difference. The organization committed itself in developing outstanding leaders in every work of life and bring transformation in individuals, organizations, educational institutes, sports, police, judiciary and the government.

Over the years this organization has grown to blossom into the "Dhruvsatya Group of Companies". On one vertical while their training and consulting programs and interventions are involved in transforming lives and transforming businesses the world over, the other vertical is in the transformation of engineering colleges, B-schools, Universities, etc. There is a 3rd vertical that helps transform vocational training institutes, ITIs, actively partnering the country in making "Skill India" and "Make in India" national missions successful. Hence, we are possibly one of the very few organizations in India who are transforming the nation by educating a 360 degree demography. We feel extremely proud and deeply fulfilled in our mission of generating leaders for our country in every work of life. This is who we are.
